  • You fill out a brief medical history, which a Para-Medical Esthetician evaluates.
  • The skin is cleansed to remove make-up and debris.
  • A degreaser is applied to prepare the skin for the Chemical Peel.
  • The chemical solution is applied to the skin which will cause the skin to shed within a couple of days.
  • After the procedure, a post balm cream and sunscreen are applied to the skin.

What Is A Chemical Peel?
A Chemical Peel is a non-invasive epidermal exfoliation treatment. Chemical Peels are designed to improve the appearance of the skin, allowing fresher and healthier skin to regenerate.

How Does A Chemical Peel Work?
A chemical solution is applied to the skin, causing the top-most outer layers to exfoliate. This exfoliation allows the healthier, more vibrant skin to regenerate.

What Are The Benefits Of Chemical Peels? Chemical Peels promote new skin cell regeneration and stimulate the formation of collagen and elastin. Chemical Peels can improve these specific skin conditions: uneven skin tones related to hyperpigmentation, age spots, acne scarring, excessive oil and breakouts, enlarged pores, fine lines and wrinkles, poor circulation and skin laxity.

How Will My Skin Look After The Chemical Peel?
The skin may be pink to red, depending on your tolerance and the level of Chemical Peel performed. Any redness usually subsides within 2 to 48 hours. Slight peeling will begin around the 3rd day and will continue for approximately 5 to 7 days.

How Many Treatments Will I Need?
The condition of your skin and your desired goals factor into the number of treatments necessary. Free consultations are provided to estimate the number of treatments.

Are Chemical Skin Peels Painful?
During the treatment it will feel warm to hot & may tingle for approximately 24 hours. The 2nd and 3rd day the skin will feel sensitive, tight and dry and could possible be tender to touch.
