How does Sublative RF work?
Radio Frequency Energy (RF) opens minuscule Matrix spots allowing energy to be absorbed into the skin. This treatment is meant to increase collagen production and promote the development of healthy skin cells. Sublative RF produces a noticeable reduction in wrinkles and skin texture, with minimal downtime.
Is Sublative RF safe?
The Sublative RF is an FDA approved device that is safe and effective for all skin types and colors. This procedure requires little to no downtime, allowing you to return to your normal activities as soon as possible.
What areas of the body can be treated?
Sublative RF can be performed on the face, around the eyes, lips, glabella, and neck.
How long will it take to notice results?
Most clients see improvement of the treated area after the first treatments healing time. The skin’s surface will appear tighter, firmer and smoother. Results with the Sublative RF will be most apparent 6-8 weeks following the final treatment. However, the total number of treatments required depends on your skin’s condition.
How often do I come in for Sublative RF treatments?
Treatments are generally performed at 4-week intervals.
How will I feel after the treatment?
It is normal for the skin to feel warm and sensitive. We recommend SkinMedica TNS Ceramide Treatment Cream (available here at the office), as needed and avoid makeup, anti-aging, and exfoliating skin care products for 48 hours.
What are the advantages of Sublative RF compared to other treatments?
Traditional ablative resurfacing techniques require an extended recovery time. Sublative RF technology creates a controlled skin injury to maximize correction in the areas of treatment. The skin around the points of entry remains intact resulting in an accelerated healing process and a reduction in downtime. The downtime is significantly less than the traditional CO2 laser resurfacing.
Who cannot have Sublative RF treatments?
Our office does not treat individuals who have been taking Accutane in the past 6 months. A test spot may need to be performed for individuals who have been taking oral medications which cause sun sensitivity or thinning of the blood. We cannot treat individuals with Lupus, MS, pacemakers, skin cancer, women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, and individuals with cardiovascular problems. We can not treat any area that has been treated with dermal fillers for 6 months after the injection.
Why should I come to your office for Sublative RF?
In our office, your privacy, safety, and trust are of the utmost importance. We are passionate about our quality of services and we care about our clients. All treatments are performed by a Physician Supervised Sublative RF Specialist who has worked in the medical profession. We offer affordable prices and are centrally located in the Denver metro area, close to many major highways. Our business has been in operation since 1997.
How do I improve and maintain my Sublative RF results?
We recommend periodic maintenance treatments once a series has been completed. As with all non-surgical or surgical techniques, results will last longer by following a skincare regime prescribed by one of our Product Specialists.
Does the treatment hurt?
During treatment, clients may notice a warm, tingling sensation followed by a rubber band snap, a result of energy being absorbed by the skin. Overall, the Sublative RF is tolerable.
